The theme of giving back does not only happen once a year during the Thanksgiving season at the Highland SDA Church in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Every month, Pastor Denry White and the members of the church take time on the third Sabbath to reach out to the community in tangible ways. Most recently, the church ministered to the Blossom Acres Housing Development by presenting gift bags to the residents. Blossom Acres provides affordable housing to families in Benton Harbor.
