Welcome to ACTIVATE: Called. Equipped. Connected. – a training summit designed to equip, affirm, and connect those called to servant leadership within the Lake Region Conference. This summit exists to strengthen your ministry through biblical grounding, ministry development, and intentional community.

This Lake Region Conference-wide initiative is designed to:
- To cultivate Christ-centered servant leaders
- To equip local church leaders with the biblical, practical tools for meaningful ministry
- To foster cross-church collaboration and trust throughout LRC
- To launch year-long leadership cohorts for unity, accountability, skill development,
- mentorship, and succession
- To align local churches with the mission, vision, and structure of LRC
Participants will not simply attend sessions—they will enter a leadership ecosystem that continues throughout the year.

What is ACTIVATE ’26?
ACTIVATE ’26 is the Annual Lake Region Conference Ministries Training Summit, created to equip local church members for effective, Christ-centered ministry. It focuses on biblical grounding, practical leadership skills, and ongoing support throughout the year.

What are breakout sessions?
Breakout sessions are ministry-specific training rooms where participants connect with others in similar roles. Each breakout is led by an experienced practitioner and includes teaching, discussion, and real-world application.
What are ministry cohorts?
After March 1, each breakout group becomes a ministry cohort that continues throughout 2026. Cohorts provide peer support, accountability, shared resources, and leadership development, with quarterly check-ins and an in-person gathering at Camp Meeting.
Is this only a one-day event?
No. March 1 launches a year-long ministry development journey designed to support and strengthen leaders throughout 2026.
How much does it cost?
Registration is $1 per attendee. This small investment encourages commitment and participation and is reinvested into the continued development of local church leaders.
Why is the event virtual?
The virtual format ensures accessibility for all churches across the Conference while reducing costs and travel. It also allows ministry teams to participate together from their local church.
When does registration open?
Registration opened February 1, 2026.
