We use your information to administer church operations, coordinate ministries, manage event registrations, send reminders and announcements, support volunteers and ministries, respond to questions and provide any information or services you request.  We may also use your information to confirm registrations and follow up on events.

Text Messaging Consent and Message Frequency

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from the Lake Region Conference of Seventh‑day Adventists related to church administration, ministry updates, event reminders, registration follow‑up, volunteer coordination, and community outreach.  Message frequency may vary depending on the season and activities. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services.

Opt‑Out and Help

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.  To request help, reply HELP or email us at techsupport@lrcsda.com.  We will honor opt‑out requests promptly in accordance with applicable law.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.  Mobile information, including phone numbers, opt‑in data, and consent, will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.  All categories referenced above expressly exclude text‑messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.  Information may be shared with service providers or subcontractors only as necessary to support messaging operations or as required by law. We reserve the right to disclose information to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, or to protect our rights or property.

Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You are not required to consent to text messaging. You may choose not to provide certain information, though this may limit our ability to communicate with you about events or services.
